Interventional Pain Physician Permanent Opportunity – Southern Tennessee (2 Hours East of Memphis) Position Overview

• Specialty: Interventional Pain Medicine

• Employment Type: Part-Time
• Schedule Requirement: One Day Per Week (Fridays Required)
• Focus: Procedure-Based Pain Management

• One day per week
• Friday coverage required
• Clinic hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• No formal call schedule
• Answering service handles consult requests as needed

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Pain Medicine
• Fellowship Trained in Interventional Pain Medicine
• Anesthesiology or PM&R training accepted

• Procedure-focused practice
• Chronic pain patient population
• Referred patients (not solely personal injury cases)
• Medication management when clinically appropriate

• Medial Branch Blocks (MBB)
• Radiofrequency Ablations (RFA)
• Spinal Cord Stimulator Trials
• Additional interventional pain procedures based on provider experience and skill set

• Potential collaboration with:
  • Physicians
  • Advanced Practice Providers
  • Registered Nurses
  • Licensed Practical Nurses
  • Medical Assistants

• 1099 Independent Contractor Position
• Two-Year Income Guarantee
• After Year 2:
