We support people through individualized service plans that range from high personal care needs to those who present complex behavioral challenges. HIL is looking for a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team. A DSP provides direct care support services for our clients in order to maximize the individual's potential. Following Individual Service Plans and Behavioral Support Plans, a DSP is focused on providing services that enhance the overall health, safety, and welfare of their clients.As a Direct Support Professional, you will :Interact with clients assisting with day to day tasksEngage in fun activities with clientsHealth monitoring and medication administrationMeal preparation in accordance to dietary guidelinesLight housekeepingAssist with personal caresWe offer:This is an hourly position, pay is based on experience, location and shift. Full-time hours available.
