We are looking for Baristas at our newly opened Temple Coffee in Sacramento International Airport. This position requires open availability from 3:30am-12:00am, seven days a week. You will join a dynamic and positive team environment, maintaining the highest standards of service and operational excellence. Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service
• Accurately enter orders and process payment
• Ensure all orders are delivered to the customer in a timely manner
• Count in the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each work shift
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a positive customer experience and workplace efficiency
• Follow all safety protocols intended to keep team members and customers safe
• Respond to customer inquiries and refer to management when applicable
• Properly stock, and maintain station and cleaning duties as assigned by store management
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a barista or cashier in food service
• Strong customer service and cash-handling skills
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
• Ability to effectively communicate with coworkers, management, and customers
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and kneel for the duration of the shift
• A valid Food Handler's Card (or willingness to obtain during training as required by law)
