• Experience: 2+ years recent Cardiac Stepdown/PCU experience
• EMR: Epic required
• Certifications: BLS & ACLS (AHA/ARC)
• License: Active Illinois RN License required at submission
• Ratios: 1:5–6 on nights
• Floating: Required across local campuses as needed
• Weekend: Every other weekend
• First-Time Travelers: Accepted
