Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing**- Safely operate a dump truck to transport aggregate and construction materials to designated locations.- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete required documentation.- Load, transport, and unload materials while adhering to safety, environmental, and company standards.- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and site personnel to coordinate deliveries.- Maintain clean equipment and promptly report maintenance or operational concerns.**What Are We Looking For**- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with the ability to operate dump truck equipment safely and efficiently.- Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and responsible driving practices.- Ability to perform vehicle inspections, complete documentation, and follow established procedures.- Effective communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced operational environment.- Dependable, self-motivated individual capable of adapting to changing job site and delivery requirements.**Conditions of Employment**- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.**Work Environment**- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.**What We Offer**- Average weekly pay of $1,000- Minimum weekly guarantee of $900- 401(k) retirement savings plan with an automatic company contribution as well as matching contributions- Highly competitive benefits programs, including:- Medical, Dental, and Vision along with Prescription Drug Benefits- Health Saving Savings Account (HSA), Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA)- AD&D, Short- and Long-Term Disability Coverage as well as Basic Life Insurance- Paid Bonding Leave, 10 days of Paid Vacation, 40 hours of Paid Sick Leave and 10 Paid HolidaysEqual Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled
