Inventory Control Production Planner

Job Description Job Description Schutz Container System is a Global Packaging Container Company is looking for a Inventory Control /Production Planne r for our plant located at Winder, GA
Job Duties:
Responsible for maintaining all Hydra software users (training will be provide it)
Conduct quarterly and yearly inventory of finished goods and materials to ensure 100% accuracy
Proactively prepare for future or unexpected customer order needs based on sales forecasts and past order history and instructing Production Planners on preparing production schedules accordingly
Prepare production reports through Hydra
Actively communicate with internal departments in the company to make sure the plant meets shipping deadlines
Communicate the status of production to all applicable departments including, but not limited to Management, Sales, Customer Service and Shipping
Work extensively with the SAP system to constantly account for inventory and constantly update production capacity
Job Qualifications
Proficient in SAP Required
Hydra Software preferred but will train
MS Office expertise, specifically Excel & Word – PowerPoint a plus
Minimum of 2 years of related experience at fast-paced high-volume manufacturing facility
Ability to prioritize
Manufacturing Industry Required
Efficient, organized and strong follow-up
Attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to multi-task efficiently and be flexible
Strong interpersonal skills / personable
Strong team player and individual contributor
