Part-Time Receptionist

The Part-Time Receptionist's primary role is to provide excellent customer service, acting as the first point of contact for customers, answering phones, and managing the front desk. PAY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE AND BEGINS BETWEEN $16 - $17 AN HOUR. SCHEDULE:

- Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday: 3:30 pm until 7:00 pm
- Tuesday: 3:30 pm until 6:00 pm
- Saturday: 8:00 am until 4:00 pm
- Off Friday
- Welcoming dealership guests and directing them to the correct person.
- Answering phone calls in a timely manner and directing them to the correct personnel.
- Taking and relaying messages.
- General administrative and clerical support.
- Friendly and outgoing personality.
- Phone skills a plus.
- Professional personal appearance.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday: 3:30 pm until 7:00 pm
- Tuesday: 3:30 pm until 6:00 pm
- Saturday: 8:00 am until 4:00 pm
- Off Friday
- The compensation for a Part-Time Receptionist starts between $17.00 - $18.00 per hour.
