Marketing Project Manager

Position Summary

Winger Marketing is seeking an experienced Marketing Project Manager to oversee the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of integrated marketing initiatives for a diverse portfolio of clients. Primary Responsibilities

As Marketing Project Manager, you will provide leadership throughout the complete project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include:
* Managing multiple client projects simultaneously while maintaining schedule integrity and delivery standards.
* Developing project scopes, implementation plans, timelines, and production schedules.
* Coordinating work across account services, creative, digital marketing, media, production, and external vendors.
* Monitoring project progress and proactively addressing scheduling conflicts or resource constraints.
* Leading project kickoff meetings, status reviews, and internal planning sessions.
* Ensuring deliverables satisfy contractual obligations, agency standards, and client expectations.
* Preparing project documentation, reports, timelines, and status updates for leadership and clients.
* Managing project budgets and monitoring overall project performance.
* Supporting continuous improvements to operational workflows and project management processes.
* Building productive working relationships with internal departments and client stakeholders.

* Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
