This role serves as the primary point of coordination between clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with client objectives. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with strong healthcare project management experience and a passion for creating environments that support exceptional patient care.Lead healthcare facility projects through planning, design, construction, and occupancyManage project budgets, schedules, risk mitigation strategies, and overall project performanceCoordinate and lead project teams, including architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and vendorsFacilitate client communication and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycleOversee design development, construction documentation, and project quality assuranceManage contract negotiations, procurement activities, and change order reviewsMonitor construction progress, safety, quality, and infection prevention initiativesPrepare and present project updates, performance metrics, and executive-level reportsCollaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve client and organizational objectivesBachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience consideredMinimum 5 years of progressive healthcare project management, healthcare construction, or development experienceStrong knowledge of healthcare facility planning, design, construction, and project delivery processes, and regulatory processesExperience managing project budgets, schedules, contracts, and consultant relationshipsAbility to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong written, verbal, presentation, and client relationship management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management (e-Builder) software preferredAbility to analyze project data and develop strategic recommendationsCandidates must possess reliable transportation and maintain a valid driver's license, as certain roles may require travel to client sites or other off-site locations.
