Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries Investigate and resolve shipping, inventory, and order‑related issues Communicate with warehouse teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Assist with returns, exchanges, and claims processes Build strong relationships with clients through proactive communication Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Customer service experience preferred Experience with Shopify, ShipHero, or logistics operations is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Boxio
