About the Role:
Bright Imaginations Preschools is seeking a passionate and dedicated One-Year Old Toddler Teacher to join our vibrant team in Lakeland, FL. In this role, you will foster a nurturing and stimulating environment for our youngest learners, encouraging their growth and development through play-based learning.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of one-year-old children.
• Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Monitor and assess childrens developmental milestones and learning progress.
• Facilitate interactive and educational activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive skills.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their childs progress and daily activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom, ensuring all materials are safe and age-appropriate.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to enhance the overall preschool experience.
• Attend professional development workshops and training sessions as required.

Requirements:

• Experience working with toddlers in a preschool or childcare setting
• Strong communication skills and a positive, nurturing demeanor.
• Ability to create engaging, age-appropriate learning activities.
• Knowledge of early childhood development and best practices.
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching young children.
• Background check clearance and references required.
