Entry-Level Cleanroom Production Associates

We’re seeking motivated, reliable individuals to join our production team creating high-quality medical implants, including nails and screws that make a real difference in patients’ lives.

Choose the schedule that works best for you:

• 1st Shift: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM | $17.00/hour
• 2nd Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM | $18.70/hour (includes 10% shift differential)
• 3rd Shift: 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM | $19.55/hour (includes 15% shift differential)

As a Production Associate, you’ll play a key role in manufacturing life-saving medical devices. Responsibilities include:

• Load metal rods into production machines (bending, lifting, and standing required)
• Operate equipment used to manufacture precision medical components
• Package products in a controlled cleanroom environment
• Run labeling and packaging machinery
• Move finished goods to the Quality Control department
• Support general production and packaging tasks as needed

This is a Contract position based out of Monument, CO.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.55/hr.
