Role Overview Seeking a full-time Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join an OB/GYN team, providing comprehensive maternity care, including first assist on C-sections, triage, and follow-up. The position involves a mix of clinic shifts and 24-hour call coverage, supporting approximately 330-400 deliveries annually in a hospital with a Level II NICU and strong specialty backup. The CNM will work across two offices and deliver patients from community health centers, collaborating with hospitalists and a team of midwives. Qualifications & Skills

• Connecticut RN license and Master’s degree in Nursing
• Graduation from an approved CNM program and certification by the American Midwifery Certification Board (AMCB)
• State of CT RN, CNM license, Controlled Substance, and Federal DEA registration
• Minimum of 2+ years CNM experience
• Spanish skills preferred but not required
• Flexibility to cover PTO and 24-hour call schedule

Key Duties

• Provide prenatal, labor, delivery, and postpartum care
• Perform first assist duties on C-sections
• Manage phone triage for clinic patients
• Collaborate with OB/GYN hospitalists and specialty teams
