Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Front Desk Representative to join the team at our thriving clinic. As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will greet customers as they arrive, book appointments, answer phone calls, and collect payment information. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, computer skills, and is capable of multitasking or adjusting as needed for ideal office function.

Responsibilities 

• Greet customers as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
• Assist clients with paperwork, including consent forms
• Create new patient charts 
• Gather insurance information
• Collect copay's 
• Respond to faxes and emails
• Contact local providers to obtain records for patients
• Clean rooms
• Assist our Providers if requested
• Set up patients on our additional Therapy devices in office;
  • Hako-Med
  • Red Light Bed
  • Decompression Table
  • Ultrasound
  • Traction Device
• Set up and take down our in house informational Workshops 
• Maintain a clean and inviting environment
• Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience as a receptionist or a similar role is preferred
• Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Familiar with computers and scheduling software
• Excellent multi-tasking skills
• Meticulous with patient information and paperwork
• Supportive of holistic healing and overall health and wellness
• Patient dedicated 
• Supportive to all staff members as we are a small business with a close knit team

Hours

We currently have two positions open, with the schedule options listed below. While we do our best to maintain a consistent schedule, hours may occasionally vary based on clinical needs, patient volume, and coverage when other team members are out.

Both positions require a 30-minute unpaid lunch .

Option A
Monday–Friday: 6:45 AM–3:15 PM
Occasionally, Friday coverage may be needed until 5:00 PM.

Option B
Monday–Thursday: 10:00 AM–6:30 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
