It means fantastic healthcare, paid benefits, opportunities for professional advancement and work-life balance - and best of all, a place where you are accepted and respected for your individuality.ResponsibilitiesThe purpose of the Senior Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Analyst position is to support the operation and advancement of the Enterprise Risk Management Program by facilitating enterprise awareness and training of risk-based concepts, policies, and practices. This role is responsible for providing independent oversight and constructive challenge regarding risks throughout the organization. The Senior ERM Analyst assists in the planning, development and implementation of operational risk frameworks/measurement methodologies, policies, guidelines, standards and procedures to ensure management of risk. Additionally, they support the First Line of Defense and Second Line of Defense activities to mature the enterprise risk management program. This role does require a significant degree of complex thinking and problem-solving skills and the ability to complete tasks with limited supervision. The Senior Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Analyst is primarily responsible for the execution of assigned tasks in all aspects of the Enterprise Risk Management Program that are designed to provide a broad range of risk analysis, reporting, and support to multiple stakeholders to provide for effective identification, measurement, monitoring, and mitigation of identified risks. This role assesses enterprise and business exposures through the identification of key and emerging risks and evaluates alignment with risk strategy and risk appetite to protect from material loss and impact caused by fraud, security breach, reputation damage, information disclosure, contract risk, strategic risk, or regulatory violations. The Senior ERM Analyst facilitates meetings with business units and ERM assessment workshops, partners with and trains key stakeholders, and serves as a key contributor on projects that may impact the enterprise or a core operating area serving as a risk advisor for internal stakeholders, strategizing and developing effective solutions to mitigate and monitor risks. This role serves as a subject matter expert and system administrator of the Governance, Risk. This figure serves as the entry point in our salary range, and there is potential for the actual salary to be higher based on a variety of factors, such as your experience, skills, education, and location. We believe in recognizing and rewarding talent, so our compensation packages are thoughtfully designed to reflect the unique qualifications and contributions of each candidate.The minimum salary for this position is:$70,000/yr - $114,000/yr
