Store Manager

Responsibilities Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, work order management, and CICO (Check-In, Check-Out) procedures. Provide high levels of customer service, staffing, scheduling, and inventory management with proper cash handling. Drive team performance to meet or exceed key performance indicators such as Net Promoter Score, Time to Serve, job completion, customer conversion, and quality metrics. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and that each technician is SafeTech certified with ongoing training and coaching. Maintain vehicle and equipment maintenance records, collaborate with marketing associates on display materials, and respond quickly to client complaints and warranty issues. Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent OR 5-7 years of leadership/supervisory experience (preferred). Valid state-issued driver’s license. 3+ years of leadership experience with innovative performance incentives. 3-5 years of experience in retail or service center environments; automotive experience preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, web applications, and general office equipment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, persuade, engage, and conduct crucial conversations with a mobile workforce. Comfort working outside in various weather conditions and wearing personal protective equipment. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs for short periods, work at elevated heights, and remain on feet for extended periods. Benefits Competitive weekly pay and bonus opportunities.
