Site Supervisor, Out of School Time

TIMES & DAYS - Hours available Monday - Friday. During the school year this could include a split shift working in the morning from 6:15am - until school starts (varies by location) and in the afternoon from school dismissal (varies by location) - 6:00pm, with time allocated in the middle of the day for administration and training. This position is responsible for overall site operations, staff supervision and development, participant safety, program quality, family engagement, and facility stewardship.The Site Supervisor leads a team of program staff, aides, program leads, and unit leads to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment where youth can learn, grow, and belong.
