Java Full Stack Engineer with Python and AWS Location: Arizona, North Carolina, Texas, USA Requisition ID: 149572BR Key Technical Skills Java full stack Python AWS core services Angular (various versions) Continuous delivery and deployment Responsibilities Create business requirement documents covering functional and non-functional requirements, based on information gathered from workshops and interviews with client stakeholders. Craft high- and low-level software designs, validate through prototypes, and incorporate feedback to optimize functionality. Develop critical and complex software applications and work with the development team to establish coding standards and methodologies in sync with design and architectural specifications. Create and guide the execution of comprehensive testing strategies in conformance with functional and non-functional requirements. Guide the technical implementation of system infrastructure and introduction of new software applications to ensure efficient deployment and adherence to project schedules. Ensure consistent system rollouts by orchestrating transitions and minimizing operational disruptions. Analyse incident trends to identify root causes, propose sustainable solutions to avert future incidents, and establish monitoring protocols. Provide specialized insights and build collaborative relationships with clients and internal teams to secure successful execution of projects. Establish and uphold comprehensive knowledge bases to guarantee systematic recording and availability of vital information. Contribute to the selection of technological tools by collaborating with architects and providing insights on the prospective influence of new technologies. Contribute to the development of technical implementation roadmaps based on an understanding of client business needs. Contribute to proposals and RFPs by delivering insights related to development of software applications for the successful delivery of proposed solutions. Required Skills Full-stack software engineering with proficiency in Java and Angular. Python programming proficiency. Experience building and scaling applications on AWS. Experience with AWS core services such as EC2, SNS, SQS, Lambda, and CloudWatch. Experience and good knowledge of Spring, Spring Boot, and Angular. Preferred Skills Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and test automation frameworks. Experience with GitLab and Terraform. Additional Qualifications Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution (three years of progressive experience may substitute for one year of education).
