Key Responsibilities

As a Residential Installer, you'll be instrumental in delivering top-tier comfort and quality. Your responsibilities include:

• Removing, replacing, and safely firing up new HVAC systems in residential homes.

• Communicating with customers like a pro, building trust with every interaction.

• Protecting customers' homes while performing expert installations.

• Tackling minor carpentry work, such as moldings, platforms, and attic access.

• Modifying ductwork and connecting piping, including brazing and soldering.

• Handling electrical hookups safely and ensuring they are up to code.

• Maintaining sharp tools, keeping your company van clean, and your team informed.

• Collecting payments and ensuring job completion like a seasoned professional.

What We Need From You

• 3+ years of recent residential HVAC installation field experience.

• A valid Florida driver's license.

• EPA certification is required.

• Experience with high/low voltage wiring.

• Flexibility to work overtime when needed.

• Service Titan experience is a plus

• Ability to successfully pass a background check & drug test.

• A great attitude, strong work ethic, and a customer-first mindset.

• Must be 18 years of age or older and ready to hit the ground running.

The compensation for this position is fully commission based and expected to range between $26 - $30 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills, experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed.
