Join a well-established community health group seeking a full-time Pediatrician. Enjoy a flexible schedule with minimal call (phone call from home once per quarter).

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care while maintaining professional and ethical standards
• Collaborate on clinical policies, quality improvement, and patient care initiatives
• Support staff oversight, patient education, and workflow improvements
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, QA/QI standards, and regulatory requirements
• Utilize EHR systems (NextGen) and participate in a Patient-Centered Medical Home model

Qualifications:

• MD/DO from an accredited program
• Active California medical license
• Board certified or eligible in Pediatrics
• Community health experience and leadership interest preferred
