Salinas Valley Post Acute is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and skilled Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team for the AM Shift.

We operate on a 4-on, 2-off rotating schedule, providing you with predictable shifts and regular days off. If you are passionate about providing high-quality rehabilitative and long-term care, we want to meet you!

• Shift: AM Shift (Afternoon/Evening)
• Schedule: 4 days on, 2 days off (Rotating)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct, high-quality nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders.
• Assess, monitor, and document resident health status changes.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and families on care plans.
• Supervise Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.

Requirements

• Valid, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in California.
• Current CPR/BLLS certification.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in post-acute, skilled nursing, or long-term care is preferred but not required. New graduates are welcome to apply!
