Audi Palo Alto is a high-volume luxury store in the heart of Silicon Valley with a strong service operation, an active wholesale parts business, and a guest base that holds every touchpoint to a premium standard. The Parts Manager is the person who keeps that operation stocked, accurate, and profitable - and who builds the team and the process to sustain it.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead all parts department operations - managing inventory, staffing, vendor relationships, and daily workflow to support a high-performing service and wholesale operation

• Drive parts department profitability - owning gross profit, fill rates, inventory turn, and obsolescence control

• Develop and manage the wholesale parts business - building and maintaining relationships with independent repair shops, body shops, and fleet accounts across the Silicon Valley market

• Develop and hold accountable a parts team - building capability, accuracy, and a culture of consistent execution at the counter and in the warehouse

• Monitor key performance metrics and implement corrective action proactively when results drift from target

• Manage Audi OEM parts programs, warranty parts processes, and manufacturer return procedures with full compliance

• Build and maintain strong vendor and OEM relationships - ensuring parts availability and program participation are optimized

• Partner with service management to align parts supply with service demand - minimizing delays and keeping technicians productive

• Maintain inventory accuracy through disciplined receiving, cycle counts, and bin organization standards

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years of parts manager experience in a franchised dealership - Audi, European, or luxury brand experience strongly preferred

• Strong command of parts department financials - fill rate, gross profit, inventory turn, and obsolescence management

• Wholesale parts experience a significant plus - Silicon Valley's density of independent shops and body shops creates a genuine wholesale opportunity

• Deep familiarity with OEM parts systems - ETKA or equivalent Audi/VW Group parts platform experience preferred

• Proven ability to develop and lead a parts team

• Process-oriented with strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy

• Comfortable with DMS platforms - Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK experience preferred

• Clear communicator who works effectively with service managers, advisors, technicians, and wholesale accounts

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
