Physical Therapist (Full-Time) – Outpatient Orthopedics
Aurora, CO
We are a PT-owned outpatient orthopedic clinic seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join our collaborative, patient-centered team. Enjoy clinical autonomy , a multidisciplinary work environment , and the ability to deliver individualized care without strict insurance limitations .
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and treat orthopedic patients (conservative & post-surgical)
- Develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide manual therapy and therapeutic exercise
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Supervise PTAs and complete EMR documentation
Qualifications
- DPT or Master’s in Physical Therapy
- Licensed or eligible in Colorado (new grads welcome)
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Ability to work full-time, including rotating Saturdays
Preferred: Spanish-speaking
Compensation & Benefits
- $82,000 – $95,000 + $5K–$10K bonus potential
