Our client is a respected Chicago-based general contractor specializing in multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial construction projects throughout the city. The firm has experienced steady growth and offers substantial mentorship and professional development opportunities.

Job Description

Process RFIs, submittals, and change orders

Maintain project documentation and logs

Coordinate subcontractor communications

Assist with project scheduling and procurement

Track project budgets and cost reports

Participate in owner and subcontractor meetings

Support closeout documentation and turnover activities

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

1-4 years of construction experience

Multifamily or commercial construction experience preferred

Strong organizational and communication skills

Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office

Ability to work effectively in a team environment
