Job Summary The Sr Client Service Associate acts as the liaison between the client and the Financial Advisor (FA) as part of our High‑Net‑Worth team, ensuring a smooth client experience through onboarding, account management, and relationship maintenance. Primary Job Functions New Client Onboarding: Ensure accurate completion of prospect/new client paperwork, set up, and follow up on funds transfer and records. CRM & Data Management: Maintain Salesforce database, record incoming assets, and research vendor issues. Client Relationship Management: Dialogue with clients to assess financial needs, prepare transactions, and resolve issues, including death claim processing and coordination with tax/legal counsel. Client Review Preparation: Gather client data, prepare materials for meetings, conduct tax research, and handle follow‑up. Industry Knowledge & Compliance: Demonstrate understanding of suitability guidelines, operational processes, and financial products (annuities, mutual funds, SMDAs, fixed income, stocks, options, alternatives, hedge funds, charitable giving). Team and Corporate Support: Assist Advisor Team Operations, complete operational projects, and communicate process updates. Education & Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in business, finance, economics, or related field. 3+ years of financial services experience preferred; minimum 1 year as Client Service Associate. Superior verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Familiarity with Salesforce and support org functionality. Knowledge of AI applications like CoPilot or Zook considered an asset. Compensation Base salary range $60,000–$90,000 is exclusive of bonuses and benefits.
