The Affiliate CFO will also be a key partner with executive and departmental leaders, aligning financial strategies with operational priorities to strengthen financial performance and support the delivery of high-quality patient care. Candidates for the Affiliate CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, with a Master's degree in a related field preferred. A minimum of 5 years' accounting experience is required, with a strong preference for those with healthcare accounting experience. The role demands a leader who can uphold the company's leadership expectations, facilitate departmental operations, and promote a culture of quality and efficiency.
