Crestline Hotels and Resorts - - Responsibilities: Oversee overnight front desk operations and accounting tasks to ensure accurate nightly reconciliation; Handle guest check-ins/outs and resolve issues to maintain guest satisfaction; Audit and balance daily financial transactions and prepare end-of-day reports; Maintain PMS and POS system integrity during night shift; Support housekeeping and other departments as needed during overnight hours
