Senior (HR) Human Resources Manager

Overview HUMAN RESOURCES - HR MANAGER at a non-union manufacturing facility with over 1000 staff. This is a relatively new facility and the company has been growing. Responsibilities Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures in alignment with manufacturing plant's goals and objectives. Manage staffing, onboarding and training programs for employees to ensure they are fully integrated into the plant's culture and operations. Manage employee relations, including disciplinary actions, investigations and oversee workplace conflicts and resolutions. Oversee compensation and benefits programs, including job evaluations, salary surveys, and benefits administration. Oversee and manage a team of 5 - 10 people (HR Generalists & HR support). Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources or business administration. 10 or more years of HR experience as an HR Manager in a manufacturing environment. Experience in non-union environments preferred. Strong problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
