Internal Medicine Physician | Full-Time
Location: Shelton, Connecticut
A well-established, community-focused healthcare organization in the Shelton, Connecticut area is actively seeking a full-time Internal Medicine Physician to join its growing outpatient network. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a modern, team-based setting with strong clinical support and access to advanced resources.
The organization maintains an academic affiliation with the Yale School of Medicine, offering opportunities for teaching, mentorship, and professional growth.

Position Overview
• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for adult patients
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic conditions
• Perform preventive care, health screenings, and wellness visits
• Coordinate care with specialists and integrated care teams
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and support staff
• Maintain accurate documentation using EMR systems
• Participate in quality improvement and value-based care initiatives
• Shared call coverage depending on practice needs
Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Eligible for Connecticut State medical licensure
• Active or eligible DEA registration
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation is open to discussion and commensurate with experience.
