Recruit, hire, and train staff to maintain strong staffing and service levels. Oversee daily shop operations, including workflow, safety, and customer satisfaction. Train associates on customer care, CVIs, and store systems. Manage store performance, inventory, visual standards, POS operations, and vendor relationships. Resolve customer concerns professionally and fairly. Perform key holder duties, including opening and closing procedures. What We're Looking For: High School Diploma or equivalent; college or technical program preferred. 1+ year automotive management experience Strong customer service, communication, and cash-handling skills. Ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team. Valid driver's license. Ability to work days, holidays, and weekends. Physical Demands: Lift and carry up to 50 lbs, frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders. Operate a vehicle safely and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
