Responsibilities As a Physical Therapist, you will assess patient needs, develop individualized recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy. You will work with patients to restore, reinforce, and enhance their physical abilities, tailoring programs to each individual’s goals. Collaboration with peers and referrals to other care professionals is expected. Teaching patients and caregivers the skills needed for independence and productivity is an integral part of the role. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility. Master’s degree in Physical Therapy, or a Master’s degree in a related field plus a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy. Or a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy with at least five years of progressively responsible PT experience. Degrees earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated as U.S. equivalent to a Physical Therapy degree. Strong patient‑centered focus, teamwork, and adaptability to diverse settings.
