Salary: $160,000

• $240,000 per year A bit about us: We are partnering with a highly respected plaintiff-side litigation firm dedicated to advocating for individuals who have experienced workplace discrimination, sexual harassment, sexual assault, retaliation, and other violations of their rights.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate litigation attorney who wants to make a meaningful difference while handling complex, high-impact cases against employers and other powerful defendants.

Manage cases through all stages of litigation, from initial investigation through resolution or trial.

Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and other substantive legal documents.

Conduct and defend depositions, including those involving corporate representatives and expert witnesses.

Handle written discovery, document production, and discovery disputes.

Participate in mediations, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
