BCBA Qualifications: BCBA Certification REQUIRED Excellent communication and time management skills Experience working with ages 1-5 years Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time) A definite plus - Ability to provide supervision to BCBA candidates BCBA Responsibilities: Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles. Provide direct patient care and behavioral therapy, focusing on individuals with developmental disabilities and autism. Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
