Job Description Furniture Assembly Associate - 1st Shift Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:30 AM-4:00 PM, with half days on Friday Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour Job Overview We are hiring for an entry-level Furniture Assembly Associate to support a local manufacturing team. This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, hands-on, and comfortable working with basic hand tools, air-powered tools, and tape measurements in a production environment. Responsibilities
- Assist with assembling furniture products according to production standards.
- Use general hand tools and air-powered tools safely and efficiently.
- Read and understand tape measurements to ensure accurate assembly.
- Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and work as part of a team.
- Previous furniture assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor experience is helpful but not required.
- Basic experience using hand tools, air tools, and a tape measure preferred.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a fast-paced production setting.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude are required.
