Reneau Rehab, a H2 Health company, is seeking a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient team in Wichita Falls, Texas . At Reneau Rehab, you'll work with a diverse outpatient population and provide individualized, evidence-based care for patients recovering from injury, surgery, and a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. Our clinicians focus on building meaningful patient relationships while creating personalized treatment plans that help patients improve function, reduce pain, and achieve their goals. Your Role:

Physical Therapist (PT)

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
• Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and overall quality of life.
• Treat a variety of orthopedic, post-operative, musculoskeletal, and mobility-related conditions.
• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time.
• Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management.
• Work within a manageable caseload environment, typically targeting approximately 10-12 patient visits per day for full-time outpatient clinicians.
• Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care and clinical excellence.

Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatment under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
• Treat orthopedic, post-operative, musculoskeletal, and mobility-related conditions.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies.
• Accurately document patient progress and communicate treatment updates with the clinical team.
• Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time.
• Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists and support staff to support strong patient outcomes.
• Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care and clinical excellence.

Requirements

Physical Therapist (PT)

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

• Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current Texas Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility for licensure.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Competitive Compensation: PT $80,000 - $100,000 annually and PTA $20.00 - 30.00 per hour
