Salary: $121,300 - 163,350 per year Requirements:

• At least 10 years of related experience with a four-year degree, or 8 years of related experience with an advanced degree, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Workday.
• Specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise, with recognized expert-level knowledge in the relevant area.
• Ability to interpret business issues and recommend solutions or best practices.
• Ability to solve complex problems, take a broad perspective, and apply functional knowledge and established methodologies to complex situations.
• Ability to work independently, seeking guidance only in the most complex situations.
• Experience leading functional teams or projects and serving as a resource for best practices and quality.
• Progression to this level is typically limited by business requirements.

• Serve as a technical advisor on global HR technology matters and recommend system capability changes that improve operations.
• Execute our global HR technology strategy, identifying opportunities to establish or reinforce consistency across regions.
• Manage the technical scope of HR technology projects and initiatives to improve efficiency and organizational effectiveness.
• Partner with global HR colleagues to deliver solutions that address operational, legal, and regulatory needs.
• Identify HR technology issues with near- and long-term impact, then develop and implement recommended solutions.
• Mentor, coach, and support HR technology configuration analysts.
• Analyze trends in critical HR metrics and recommend technical system or process changes to HR leadership.
• Lead technical delivery of complex projects by understanding stakeholder requirements, identifying gaps in our Workday systems, and defining solutions to address them.
• Work with HR leadership to understand and support the HR technology teams technical priorities.
• Review business architecture designs and collaborate with HR technology, COE, and partner teams to implement Workday break-fix cases, enhancements, and projects successfully.
• Ensure project implementations follow secure Workday architecture and security design practices.
• Maintain accurate records of expected deliverables and completed milestones.
• Guide configuration analysts scope and delivery to complete projects on time and within approved scope.
• Review vendor proposals for appropriate engagement scope and monitor partner technical services for alignment with our standards.

This is a hybrid role, with in-office work required Tuesday through Thursday and work-from-home days on Monday and Friday. The annual hiring range is $121,300–$163,350; the final offer may vary based on location, experience, education, and skills, and any applicable incentive pay will be finalized at offer.
