**Hello!** I’m Tommy, a homeowner in Highlands Ranch, Colorado (80126). I’m looking for a reliable, detail-oriented **housekeeper** to help keep our family home clean and organized on a consistent basis. **Schedule** I’m looking for someone available twice a week for 2–4 hours per visit. The goal is regular, steady support rather than a deep-clean-only approach. **Responsibilities**
- Thorough cleaning of bathrooms, kitchen, and general living areas (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, wiping surfaces)
- Laundry (washing, drying, folding, and putting in the correct room)
- Light straightening and ongoing organization so the house stays in good order
- Occasional home organization projects (closets, garage, specific areas, etc.) as needed
- Competitive pay of $20 per hour (open to discussion for the right person)
- Looking for someone trustworthy, responsible, consistent, and who takes pride in their work
- Preference for a longer-term working relationship with the same person
