After School Program Assistant

Job Description Adhere to the rules and regulations outlined in the Department of Human Services handbook for Child Day Care Centers and Keystone STARS. Ensure proper ratios are maintained at all times. Keep a consistent headcount on all children present at site; communicate changes with all other staff Consistently demonstrate positive interaction with all children; talk to them and treat them with dignity and respect Help children to develop a positive self-esteem and sense of self-worth Coordinate and assist in the implementation of daily activities and routines. Maintain all supplies, equipment and materials; inform the Site Director when new/additional supplies are needed. Ensure the environment is safe, clean, sanitary, organized, and conducive to learning and child development. Communicate with parents daily regarding their child’s progress, activities, incidents, concerns, etc. Maintain accurate documentation of attendance, absences, incidents, and emergency information on each child Attend staff meetings Other duties as assigned #J-18808-Ljbffr MT ARARAT COMMUNITY ACTIVITY C
