Pharmacy Technician | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:

  • Location: Horsham, PA – 100% on-site
  • Payrate: $25.72/hr
  • Required Availability: Full-Time | 3:00 PM–11:30 PM (evening shift)

Pharmacy Technician | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:

The Pharmacy Technician supports pharmacy operations under the supervision of a Pharmacist by assisting with prescription fulfillment and IV preparation workflow. This role also helps maintain accurate data entry for prescription processing, supports inventory activities (receiving/rotation/expiration tracking), and helps keep the work environment clean, safe, and organized.

  • This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Pharmacy Technician | RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in filling prescriptions and supporting IV preparation workflow under Pharmacist supervision
  • Enter prescription and related data into pharmacy systems to support processing and reimbursement
  • Pre-package and label medications according to standards and applicable regulations
  • Assist with staging/packaging prescriptions for Pharmacist final review and support accurate, timely distribution/delivery
  • Support inventory best practices (receiving, rotating stock, documenting lot numbers and expiration dates, assisting with inventory counts)
  • Help maintain a clean and safe work environment, including routine equipment checks for calibration, safety, and cleanliness

Pharmacy Technician | REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
  • Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort with computer/data entry tasks
  • Ability to work on-site in a regulated, fast-paced environment
