Job Details:
Job Title: RN: Psych
Location: Weston, WV
Setting: Psychiatric Hospital
Pay Range: $2,172.64 - $2,281.27 weekly gross
Schedule: 12-Hour days/nights, 36/48 hours per week, rotating shifts, including weekend shifts and must be able to work overtime
Contract Length: 16 Weeks
Candidate Type: Local and traveler friendly
Requirements: 1 year of experience as a RN, Qualified applicants MUST have at least 1 year of experience in Psych, Valid Registered Nurse license, Be willing to obtain WV or compact state licensure

Responsibilities:

• Accurately administer prescribed medications and initiate intravenous therapies
• Conduct thorough health assessments to identify patient needs and formulate care plans
• Make daily rounds to assess physical and emotional status and implement interventions
• Respond to patient and family concerns, documenting and communicating resolutions
• Serve as a shift leader and resource to other staff members
