Real Estate Buyers Sales Agent

We are looking for a motivated buyer’s agent who is passionate about making the home buying experience great. You will contact pre-qualified leads, show properties, facilitate the negotiation process, and make that final sale for the buyer’s dream home. Responsibilities Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home What You’ll Do Meet with qualified buyers and sellers on scheduled appointments Conduct buyer consultations and listing presentations Guide clients from consultation to closing Negotiate offers and contracts Follow proven sales and CRM systems Convert appointments into signed agreements Participate in ongoing coaching and training Qualifications Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience Show a track record of real estate success Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends This role is best suited for agents who are: Licensed Florida Real Estate Agents (required) Motivated to increase income and production Comfortable meeting with clients and having real conversations Coachable and open to following proven systems Professional, consistent, and results-driven Looking for structure, support, and opportunity Compensation $75,000 - $150,000+ at plan commission #J-18808-Ljbffr EmpowerHome Team - Florida
