Thrive Pet Healthcare, Mansfield is looking for a full-time Emergency Veterinarian to join our team as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community.

Our progressive compensation model is designed to reward your impact, offering a competitive base salary alongside production opportunitieswith no negative accrual.

You'll provide emergency care for sick and injured patients while also managing hospitalized cases. You'll assess and diagnose patients, develop and oversee treatment plans, and partner closely with technicians to ensure high-quality execution of care. Your work will include performing surgeries, delivering critical care, and maintaining an exceptional standard of service for every patient who enters our emergency department.

Thrive Pet Healthcare Specialists, Mansfield, is staffed with emergency veterinarians and technicians 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. All emergency clinicians are well-versed in emergency procedures and surgery. We can perform emergency procedures and surgeries at any time of the day or night. We also provide medical oncology and radiation oncology, providing comprehensive cancer care under one roof.

We are dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care for you and your pets at any time of the day or night. Our goal is to work closely with your primary veterinarian to achieve fluent and seamless patient care, ensuring that we provide the outstanding treatment your pet deserves and your veterinarian recommends.

We offer a full range of emergency services, including in-house bloodwork, digital X-ray, anesthesia, surgery, oxygen support, blood and plasma transfusion capabilities, digital radiology & ultrasound, and endoscopy.

Compensation is negotiable based on credentials and experience with an annual PROSAL full-time range starting at $180K/year. The actual salary offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Your Experience & Skills

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or equivalent degree required
• State Veterinary Board License:
  • Active and in good standing for the state of intended employment
  • Obtained prior to start date
• Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligible
• Experience in emergency medicine or completion of small animal rotating or emergency internships is highly recommended
