Part-Time Caregiver Opportunity

Brenwood Park Assisted Living is seeking a compassionate and dependable Part-Time Caregiver to join our team on Second Shift (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM). This position offers a starting wage of $21.00 per hour and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents every day.

About the Opportunity

The Caregiver supports residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, mobility, socialization, cognitive engagement, and overall physical well-being. This role promotes resident independence, honors resident choice, and preserves dignity through compassionate, professional care.

• Takes initiative and completes responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Maintains reliable attendance and effectively addresses workplace concerns through appropriate channels.
• Communicates clearly and professionally, including active listening and timely reporting of resident or operational concerns.
• Maintains confidentiality of resident and employee information.
• Presents a neat, professional appearance.
• Participates in required training and in-service education and assists in supporting new team members.

Qualifications

• Prior direct care experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Must meet age requirements in accordance with facility policy and state regulations.
• Ability to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a team-oriented environment.
• Required CBRF Certifications: Standard Precautions, First Aid & Choking, and Fire Safety.
• Preferred CBRF Certification: Medication Administration.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: Starting at $21.00 per hour
• Schedule: Part-Time, Second Shift (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
