Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training10 years' prior design work experience, 2+ years’ managing experienceExtensive experience creating color palettes and concepts and exploring new color blocking and application strategiesProduct Color experience mandatoryStrong understanding of the Apparel Product Creation processExperience working and communicating directly with manufacturing partners to ensure the accuracy of Color application and execution Understanding of how the partnership with Brand on Color narratives operatesExperience managing other designers and leading strategic design directionDemonstrates leadership that influences process changeLeads in depth research on consumer trends, insights, competitors, for a focused market segment/categoryExperience building inspiration/concept presentations, and mood boards for seasonal concepts and directionWHAT YOU WILL WORK ONAs the Apparel Color Design Director, Jordan Streetwear, you will be responsible for providing color solutions that lead to product and marketing success, including trend research and selection of the seasonal color palette and its application on product.
