Operations Processing Specialist

Position Summary Our client is seeking detail-oriented Operations Processing Specialists to support a high-volume operations team. This role focuses on processing transactions and requests, ensuring accurate and timely completion of work within established service level agreements (SLAs). The position is a non-phone role, centered around operational processing, workflow management, and written communication. Contract Details Contract Length: 5 months. Job Type & Location: Contract, Fort Mill, SC. Hybrid position. Responsibilities Process transactions and requests with accuracy and timeliness. Manage workflow and maintain operational processing records. Communicate effectively in writing and verbally with internal stakeholders. Utilize financial platforms such as Beta systems and enforce service level agreements. Maintain and enhance Excel spreadsheets, including formulas and macros. Qualifications 1–3+ years experience in operations, back-office processing, administrative support, financial services operations, or a related field. Strong multitasking, organizational and prioritization skills in a deadline-driven environment. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; experience with macros and advanced formulas. Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly. Experience within the financial services, banking, wealth management, brokerage, or investment industry. Working knowledge of financial terminology and industry concepts. Experience with operational processing, account maintenance, estate processing, or transaction support. Familiarity with Beta systems or similar financial platforms. Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team. Compensation $20.00 - $23.00 per hour.
