We're an established firm in a high-growth phase, and we're looking for driven, personable people to grow with us The Role As a Senior Recruiter, you'll own the full recruiting lifecycle for contract roles with clients across the country—sourcing and interviewing top candidates, matching them to the right opportunities, and guiding them through submission, interview, and offer. What You'll Do Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify qualified talent Interview candidates by phone, video, and in person Match candidate strengths to client requirements Manage the submittal process—preparing resumes, writing compelling candidate summaries, and partnering closely with our sales and account management teams Prep candidates for success through interview strategy sessions, then manage debriefs and internal feedback afterward Negotiate wages, terms, and conditions of employment, securing candidate commitment Extend offers and support candidates through onboarding Build lasting relationships with candidates to drive referrals and generate new leads Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system Provide peer leadership and mentorship What You Bring Bachelor's degree5+ years in staffing or recruiting— Defense Industry experience ideal; IT, Engineering, Finance & Accounting, Healthcare, or Administrative recruiting also valued The "It" Factor Goal-oriented and resourceful Outgoing, upbeat, and positive An unmatched work ethic A natural peer leader Wha"t We Offer Competitive basesalary of $55K–$75K (depending on experience) plus commission, along with Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage, 401(k), unlimited paid time off, holidays, in-house and external training, and performance bonuses.
