Residential drafter/Designer

Residential Drafter / Designer Zip Kit Homes | Cedar City, Utah Zip Kit Homes is seeking an experienced Residential Drafter / Designer to join our team in Cedar City, Utah. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in residential construction who understands how a home moves from the design and drafting stage into pre-construction and ultimately into the field. The successful candidate will be proficient in AutoCAD, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with residential plans, construction details, specifications, and pre-construction requirements.

Residential drafter/Designer Details:

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $25.00 / hour
  • Full Time and Part Time work available
  • First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

Zip Kit Homes is seeking an experienced Residential Drafter / Designer to join our team in Cedar City, Utah. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in residential construction who understands how a home moves from the design and drafting stage into pre-construction and ultimately into the field.AutoCAD experience requiredPrevious residential drafting or residential design experiencePre-construction experience required or strongly preferredWorking knowledge of residential construction methods, materials, and terminology
