Our Boyertown area client is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team! Express is offering career opportunities for those qualified for and interested in this position!
Machine Setup Operator
Pay: $18.00/hour
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance, and more
Shift: Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:00pm
Location: Bechtelsville, PA
Responsibilities of the Machine Setup Operator:
- Setup and operate lathes, slotting machines and other production machinery
- Set machine feeds, speeds and cutting depths
- Identify and report quality concerns and equipment issues
- Position and secure workpieces, tooling and fixtures
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications of the Machine Setup Operator:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Mechanical aptitude
- Medium to heavy lifting
- Experience with calipers, micrometers, gauges and other measuring tools
- Basic math and record keeping skills
