RN Homecare - Adult

Salary: $30 - $35 / per hour

Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a Registered Nurse (RN) in Somerset, OH and New Lexington, OH to work with adult patients in their homes! Full-time, part-time and PRN positions are available for DAY and EVENING SHIFTS!

Somerset Shifts Available

Days: Saturday 8am-8pm

Evenings: 7pm-12am **flexible**

New Lexington Shifts Available

Days: Monday 7am-7pm

Evenings: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday 7pm-11:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an RN in the state in which the RN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
