Student Brand Ambassador – University of South Florida (Tampa) We are seeking highly motivated Student Brand Ambassadors to join the Kaplan team and help improve student lives through education. In this role, you will increase Kaplan’s visibility and market share on campus or virtually through lead generation, course sales, grassroots marketing, student organization presentations, relationship building, social media, and other initiatives. The position is paid, starting at $15 per hour, with flexible hours (approximately 5 to 15+ hours per week). A paid training program and tools will be provided to support your success. Key Responsibilities Use your existing connections to build and strengthen Kaplan relationships with student organizations. Collaborate with full‑time campus‑focused partners to generate leads and enrollments through on‑campus initiatives and social media efforts. Connect students ready to enroll with the appropriate test‑prep expert. Execute grassroots marketing initiatives, including on‑campus events, tables, fairs, flyers, and more. Develop new relationships and establish partnerships with influential student groups and organizations. Present to students on campus to share how Kaplan’s products and resources can help them achieve their goals. Use campus knowledge to bring Kaplan to relevant campus activities and initiatives. Create and share content through personal social media channels to engage students with the Kaplan brand and experience. Education & Experience Current sophomore, junior, or senior on campus. Engaged in campus community or an active member or leader of a student club or organization. Skilled in finding relevant student groups and fostering those relationships. Active on social media with an engaged audience and strong digital presence. Creative problem solver with excellent communication skills. Able to manage multiple initiatives independently and remotely. Personal Attributes Able to work in a virtual role while staying active, engaged, and responsive with your manager. Eager to gain valuable marketing, sales, and entrepreneurial skills. Proactive, self‑starter with excellent time‑management skills. High energy with a get‑it‑done attitude.
